Terms and Conditions

FPA Envirochoice wholesales products to distributors and end users. Our products can be purchased in large quanitities from one of our locations nationally, or from any of our Envirochoice Crusader Stockists.

The below terms and conditions relate to product purchased directly from FPA Envirochoice

Minimum orders, despatch schedules and pricing are consistent with your current arrangements with FPA Envirochoice.All orders placed before 11am (based on AEST and WST times), can expect next day delivery of locally warehoused items within Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Perth. Please note all orders placed after 11am will be processed for despatch 24 hours later. For all orders placed outside of the above noted delivery areas, your order will be despatched in accordance with your current transport arrangements.

In line with your account contract.

All prices listed are exclusive of 10% GST. GST will be added at time of invoice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted ex GST and may change at any time without notice.

Non stock lines are products available from FPA Envirochoice manufacturers, which are currently not stocked. These products can be ordered at any time with an estimated lead time of 10 working days. FPA Envirochoice will not accept the return of these products as they are specifically procured for your business.

FPA Australia will notify you in the first case, via email of any products not currently in stock. They will provide you with an estimated availability. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date, you are entitled to a refund, but we would like to be notified within 7 days.

Ownership of goods shall not pass to the customer until the customer shall have paid to FPA the invoiced price for all the goods in the customer's possession. FPA Envirochoice shall be given full and unrestricted access to cash goods in the event of a default in payment.

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice/receipt.

Change of mind: these goods are considered to be a wrong decision and can attract a re-stocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the circumstances. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible and financially accountable for returning the goods back to their nearest FPA Envirochoice warehouse.

Faulty products: FPA Enviorhoice is responsible for return of goods costs and will exchange the goods for the same product, different product or a refund. Return claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Incorrect deliveries must be reported within 36 hours of receipt of goods. Notification of discrepancies after this period may not be authorised.

In order to conform with HACCP certification, no products will be accepted for return if the product is not hygienically resalable (opened sleeves). Non stock lines will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
